    Fabulous

Good location, cheap rooms, breakfast included. Good if you will mostly be using the room for sleeping only.

Requires ventilation in summer, at least a fan.

  • 7.4
    Very good

Liked the breakfast liked the internet access liked the 24 hour desk liked the luggage storage facility liked the laundry facility liked the kitchen facilities recycling bins good vicinity map

Did not like the lack of air conditioning and the inability to pay to have that added bathrooms need to be kept cleaner we could do this ourselves if we had some cleaning materials clean towels every other day or so would be nice community room needs to be kept clean a vending machine for laundry detergent would be nice.

Location and young students, it remembers me the university ambiance.

Rooms are very small, washrooms and bathrooms are not always clean, no houskeeping service available 24 hours, no tv, no phones, no Wi-Fi connections in the rooms.

    Very good

Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Low price, central location. The perfect place for people with low emphasis on air conditioning (none), undisturbed sleep (noisy) or room service (none).

    Good

Friendly staff, convenient location, very cheap!

    Accommodations very modest!

    Exceptional

The convenience to get to downtown and Princess Margaret Hospital

    Very good

I wondered the attention of the staff, their disponibility to help guests. It is really good located.

The bad thing was the impossibility to sleep by the weather, because it is was too hot and the room doesn't have neither a fan. The other bad thing is that they don't have internet acces in the rooms.

    Superb

solo rooms for a decent price, wifi, friendly staff. location.

no air conditioning in every room :p but hey, i had a fan provided, worked good enough.

Location, location, location. 10 minute walk to the main shopping area and subway stations

The room was dirty with a hand towel only provided. And never changed. No air-conditioning which is needed in summer. As long as all you need is a bed and shower then it's ok. It's not an hotel but university accommodation so your expectations should be set accordingly.

The staff was really nice at the reception. The windows were facing the downtown and the view was amazing.

Internet is on the 22nd floor in the lounge and is very slow and in the cafe on the ground floor (which is not available sometimes). Poor breakfast. Uncomfortable bed.

In the middle of the city, very close to the lakeshore, shopping areas, musea and the university. Easy access by public transport.

Open window (could not be closed). Absolutely bare and tatty room, old pillow. Wireless internet was announced to be available in the top lounge before lunch but it was not and I had to go out looking for an internet cafe downtown. When I came back I had exceeded check out time and was told there was a late check out penalty to pay, which I did to avoid a lengthy discussion.

    Fabulous

The hotel conveniently located 10 minutes walking from the bus terminal. Rooms with safety dole as 10 rooms have a key, but then the room itself. Employees are friendly e strive to give good service. In my case I do not speak English well, they could defend themselves. Guests from all different parts of the world. Good breakfast included. I recommend

Great location tiggt in the village

    Poor second bed.

  • 6.6
    Good

The location is really good and so is the price.

The mattress was awful, almost nothing in the kitchen to eat and cook.

  • 7.0
    Very good

Low rates, free wifi, elevator, close to gay village, fairly close to art museum.

Supposed parking not available. Parking in area is expensive. Beware of street parking - signs don't specify a 3 hour limit during non-meter hours, but I was ticketed nonetheless. Room was noisy - too hot to close windows and noisy parties nearby.
